This 44 year old woman (5'3 and 170 lbs.) developed hardening of her breast implants and pain from silicone implants placed by another surgeon. She desired removal of her breast implants due to a condition called capsular contracture. The 775cc silicone breast implants and capsule (scar tissue around the implant) were removed. She later had a staged fat transfer to her breast to restore the volume (images can be viewed in the fat transfer gallery).
