This 44 year old woman had a previous silicone breast augmentation and lift by another surgeon. I removed her implants due to painful scar tissue also known as capsular contracture. After several months of healing from the implant removal she had a fat transfer to the breasts. The images show her before (with no implants), and after the fat transfer.
